1967 Ferrari 330 GTC

Here’s a classic car that’s sure to impress. Though the 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC isn’t an American model it is a great example of what classic car fans appreciate about vehicles from days gone by. Both sleek and sophisticated, this model can still be found on posters in college dorm rooms and garage walls across the country. Anyone lucky enough to own one easily becomes the envy of everyone on the block.

The letters GTS stand for Grand Tourismo Coupe, and the 330 model served as a replacement for the 275. The car contained a V-12 engine, which produced 300 horsepower as the engine purred from under the front hood. In terms of speed, this model could hit a top speed of about 145 miles per hour. As for value, the price for one unit has skyrocketed over the years, and some are selling in the neighborhood of $150,000. The 330 GTC had an impressive 0-60 time of 7 seconds.  Buyers are not only attracted to the graceful outline of a fast, old car, but also to the near-legendary status this car has achieved.

Since the 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC was introduced in 1966, its popularity has only grown. Its unveiling took place at the Geneva Motor Show. The show itself is an annual event which takes place in Geneva, Switzerland, and it has provided the spotlight for countless new models since its start in 1905. The 330 GTC was produced until 1968, but in the time between its introduction and its discontinuation in favor of a newer model, around 600 units were produced.
