In 2012 at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Lincoln did not have any new cars to display, since the future of the brand was in flux. So, the carmaker brought out a classic from the Golden Years of Hollywood and the heyday of automobiles. In 1956-1957, the Continental Lincoln Mark II was the most glamorous automobile available. It was built by hand and cost nearly $10,000, which was the equivalent of a Rolls Royce and a Bentley at the time.

Ford Ironically, one of the most famous moneymen, Jim Cramer, was homeless at one point in his life. Cramer is the host of CNBC’s Mad Money with Jim Cramer and he once worked as a Wall Street investor. His story is certainly inspirational and a bit frightening.

After graduating from Harvard with a degree in journalism, Cramer worked for a few different newspapers, like the Tallahassee Democrat and the Los Angeles Herald-Examiner. It was during his stint in LA that his apartment was robbed and he was forced to live for five months in his Ford Fairmont.

'65 Austin MiniThe psychedelic 60’s were defined by the Beatles and the Magical Mystery Tour. This album and its pop art cover inspired the design of George Harrison’s 1965 Austin Mini ‘S’. This iconic car was custom built for Harrison by Harold Radford LTD and was originally Metallic Black.

1965 Austin MiniTwo years after the car was given to Harrison, the Magical Mystery Tour Mini was repainted a tomato red color and covered with tantric symbols like the yantras and mantras. There were also several psychedelic images that added to the unique appearance of the car. The Beatles loved the look of the car so much that they used it in their Magical Mystery Tour film. Even though his neighbors did not appreciate it, Harrison also had his house painted in the same style as the red Austin Mini.
