The movie American Graffiti captured the epitome of cruising back in the day and can show you just what it was like if you were not there to see it for yourself. Kids with nothing else to do were driving up and down the road, showing off their cars, racing each other, flirting, and stopping at the drive-in restaurants for burgers and fries.
