Jaguar D-Types For Sale

The D-type sports car made by Jaguar in the 1950s was designed and developed by the British car maker for the purpose of racing. The D-type shared some components with predecessor, the C-type, but was mostly a completely new car. The design of the Jaguar D-type was most notable for using engineering principles from aviation to create an aerodynamically superior race car. It paid off, and the D-type won several races, including three Le Mans victories. Several units of the D-type were released for sale as XKSS models in the late 1950s. These are rare, but you can start your search for one at FossilCars.
