Porsche 550s For Sale

Porsche only made its 550 for a few years from 1953 to 1956. The two-door sports car was made in coupe and spyder styles and was inspired by its predecessor, the 356. Perhaps most infamous for being the car in which James Dean died, the Porsche 550 is also remembered for its racing chops. The 550A was a lighter version of the model that helped the German carmaker achieve its first major racing win at the 1956 Targa Florio. Today, both replicas and original 550 models are desirable. To track down either to add to your classic car collection, turn to the ads at FossilCars.
