Assembled on November 18, 1966, this 1967 Corvette Convertible looks to be a very original survivor car that has received some recent freshening. The most recent owner of this car purchased vehicle from his uncle, who bought the car new. Therefore, it is safe to say that this is a one family car! Paint on this car looks to be brand new and is in excellent condition with plenty of shine and no apparent flaws. Chrome bumpers look to be newer as well both front and rear, and are also in excellent condition. Most of the weatherstripping and the convertible top also look to be new. This 1967 Corvette Convertible wears 6 inch rally wheels in very good condition, with very good trim rings and center caps. Tires are Michelin radials, which sport a period-correct tread pattern. Unlike the exterior, which looks pretty much brand new, the interior of this car is very much original. Seat covers, door panels, dash pad, center console, and carpet all look to be older if not original, but are in very good condition showing no major wear, fading, or other issues. Gauges appear unrestored, but have bright needles and minimal lens clouding. Correct GM seatbelts are also present, and a Kenwood cassette stereo has replaced the original radio in its original location. Steering wheel is in good original condition. The original engine in this car was cast on Halloween in 1966, and has correct casting numbers on both the intake manifold and Holley carburetor. Ignition shielding is present, and the engine compartment looks to have an older detailing/paint job. A set of finned aluminum 350hp style valve covers have been added; the only other additions to this car appear to be a set of sidepipes and a fitted outdoor car cover. This 1967 Corvette Convertible represents an excellent value for what is widely agreed upon as the single most desirable model year, so don't expect it to last long!
