I have been approached by a fellow with a body to a 1925 Nash. It is not in the best shape either. Even if I could repair the body, what chance do I have to restore a car that is that old?

Pretty much the same chance you would have restoring any car. If you are worried, try looking for parts before you start. That might answer your question a little better.

I think HellOnWheels is right. Obviously some cars are more rare than others, so their respective parts will probably be harder to find, but with the internet you have access to an almost infinite number of parts suppliers.
