I have always paid cash for the cars I have bought. I figured it would be difficult to convince a bank to finance an old cars. Is it as difficult as I think it is?

I can not think of a single person that I know who has done it, everyone I know saved up their pennies. Even my buddy who used to race years ago local in Maryland saved up for his race car, though that would be the only one I think a bank might consider financing.

Yeah, I think you would have to show them that you could make some kind of profit from the car or have really good credit. The kind of credit that shows you are stellar. Even then it is hard to say if they would do it with the economy the way it is.
