The Aston Martin DB7 ran from 1994 to 2004 and was developed and produced with the financial backing of Jaguar and the Ford Motor Company. The DB7 began on a Jaguar platform, but the end result was little like it. Styling alterations insured that the DB7 looked like an Aston Martin. The DB7 run included special packages, such as the V12 Vantage. The big V12 engine made this a powerful performance car. Also available was the V12 GT and the GTA.
