Audi manufactured its Coupe, also referred to as B2, from 1980 to 1988 in the hopes of providing buyers with a lower cost option. The small, two-door Audi Coupe was intended to be the cheaper alternative to the turbocharged Quattro. It looked similar, but had a smaller displacement engine, and front wheel drive instead of four-wheel drive. Later in the production of the Coupe, a Quattro version was included. Today, these little cars are great collectors’ items, and you can find one here at FossilCars by searching our extensive classified listings.
